Our mission
VeltrixLab exists to make research-material procurement more transparent, more consistent and more professional. Purchasers should be able to see what is known about a material — and what is not.
Our standards
Materials are sourced against documented supplier and procurement standards. Received material is recorded against a batch identifier that stays with it through storage and supply.
Quality philosophy
We publish what exists. Where analytical testing has been performed for a batch, the document is linked to that batch. Where it has not, we say nothing rather than imply something.
Transparency
Product specifications appear only when a verified value has been supplied. Blank fields are deliberate — they mean the information is not yet available, not that it is unimportant.
Customer support
Support covers orders, documentation and catalogue information. We cannot advise on use of research materials and do not provide dosing or administration information.
